General Member: Anyone directly engaged in the management of snow and ice.

Associate Member: Any business primarily engaged in offering or providing goods and/or services to General Members.

Affiliate: Any public or not-for-profit organization, educational institution, or individual or business interested in being affiliated with the association that cannot be classified as a General or Associate Member. Examples include schools, hospitals, etc.
